Hear The New respects copyright law and the rights of content owners. We do not host pirated audio files and we do not provide unauthorized downloads. Our platform primarily aggregates release metadata and links to third-party services.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe material available through Hear The New infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to:

Include all required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material and its location on our service.
- Your contact information, including email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with the information required by applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate, we may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and restrict access to infringing material.
